Welcome Post and Commenting Guidelines

 Hello everyone,

Welcome to The Official Alex Russo Blog! This blog is intended for those who are interested in becoming writers themselves or are interested in these genres. As a result, some of the topics that will be covered in this blog are:

  • Tips to help those who are emerging authors of all ages to choose a genre and start writing
  • Tips on self-publishing books
  • Tips on world building
  • Literary critiques
  • Foreign languages and building conlangs
  • How to make a book one is writing true to the genre
  • How to keep your writing historically or scientifically accurate and plausible
  • And as I continue to grow as a writer, other related topics such as marketing
The best part about this blog is that it's open to everyone. Yes. Everyone, all ages, all languages! You don't need any accounts or identification to use my blog either. It's there for those who are casually interested to those who are serious about writing.

However, because this blog is for everyone, there will be zero tolerance for users whose comments contain language that is explicit, promoting violence or rebellion, demeaning, or political in nature. Please keep your comments on a post about the original topic or to ask for help or advice on your own writing. I cannot control who will see what, so basically, if you cannot say anything nice, don't say anything at all. (Only comments about geopolitical relations that involve at least one fictional entity, discussion about rebellion against oppressors in literature, and discussion about political affairs in biography or journalism are exempt from this rule as long as they are worded respectfully and apply to the original post's topic.)

I wish you all the best of luck on your literary journeys, whether recreational or professional. With that, I welcome you to my blog!
